Bolton’s winding up petition was finally dismissed today.
The hearing lasted around a minute as HMRC had confirmed they had been paid in full. An un-named former player had joined the winding up petition claiming unpaid payments, but neither he nor a representative turned up to court to object.
The petition was therefore dismissed.
Hilary Stonefrost once again represented the club, however no club directors were in attendance on this occasion.
