January deadline day is with us, so he’s a quick round up of the ins and outs of late – plus an injury and contract extension.

Starting with the outgoings.

As well as Jay Spearing making the loan move to Blackburn Rovers, Bolton have also sent youngster Kaiyne Woolery to League One side Notts County.

He moves to them on an initial one month loan deal, and the 20 year old moved to us over the summer following impressive displays for Tamworth, so it should be a good experience for him.

He joins fellow loanee Hayden White who made the same move, but until the end of the season to Meadow Lane earlier this month.

Fellow youngster Sanmi Odelusi has also moved on loan, but to Coventry City and he will remain at the Ricoh until the end of the season. Having joined us back in 2009, he has gone on to make nine appearances for the club, scoring twice, and this loan spell will build on his experience following a ten game loan deal with MK Dons last season.

Not quite an outgoing, but more of a sidelining, Neil Lennon has also confirmed that goalkeeper Adam Bogdan will spend time out after twisting awkwardly in training last week.

Speaking ahead of our last game the gaffer confirmed he would likely be out for a few weeks, possibly with ankle ligament damage, but the club were waiting for a proper prognosis and time scale.

That brings us nicely to the incomings. With Bogdan ruled out for a period, Neil Lennon has moved quickly to bring in 24 year old Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Amos on a one month loan deal.

In his time with United he has made seven appearances for the club, and also taken in loan spells with Peterborough, Molde, Oldham, Hull and Carlisle.

With earlier news of the arrivals of Adam Le Fondre and Rochinha, international clearance for those two players was also confirmed ahead of the game against Wolves.

Midfielder Neil Danns has also signed a new 12 month extension with the club, keeping him with us until the summer of 2016.

The 32 year old joined us over the summer having had two loan spells with us last campaign, and he has been an ever present in the line up since Neil Lennon came in as gaffer and has now made 32 appearances so far this season, scoring three times.
