Bolton See Multiple Kick-Offs Brought Forward

|

They are fairly cosmetic changes to the fixture list, but three of Bolton’s matches next month now have earlier kick-off times.

The stand-out one is the away trip to Forest Green Rovers on Saturday March 27th, which now kicks off at midday so Sky Sports can broadcast the game live. That means the match won’t be available on iFollow in the UK – although those without Sky will be able to watch on Now TV should they want to pay the £9.99 for a day pass. The match falls on an international weekend, which is when Sky usually pick their contractually obligated Leagues One and Two offerings.

On top of that, the matches away at Oldham on Tuesday March 2nd, and at home to Cambridge on Tuesday March 9th, will now both kick off at 7pm, which we’re all used to by now, everyone obviously thinking a more traditional 7.45pm or 8pm kick off is a pain, and with no fans to take into account, they can have an earlier finish. Those matches will of course still be on iFollow.
