Bolton have changed their weekend schedule of friendlies.
Originally the plan was to send the first team to Crewe on Friday night, while a BWFC XI was to travel to York on Saturday.
Now the first team will be present at Bootham Crescent on the Saturday, with a 1.30pm kickoff, while Gresty Road will be blessed with the presence of our kids.
The decision was taken by Phil Parkinson. What is his reckoning behind it, I can’t really gather.
In any case, the first team will still play away at Tranmere tomorrow night, in what is always a Cup final for that lot.
