No sooner had I posted yesterday’s speculation, some definite happened

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me? Now, Wanderers have gone back to Leicester again for a third time.

What is it with Foxes` rejects that attracts Bolton`s elite like moths to a flame? Have we not learned a lesson yet?

No sooner had I posted yesterday`s article on the Vital site, my Twitter feed started reporting Bolton Wanderers had bagged a loan signing. Obviously, my initial thoughts led me to deduce that the Whites had signed one of the Cardiff pair. At least we`d bagged some steel, experience, with a winning mentality in the centre of defence, in the form of, Mark Hudson. If not him, then Wanderers had landed a young, energetic, enthusiastic front-man with a point to prove, in the shape of, Joe Mason.

Neither were true.

So, who had the Whites landed? Which defender`s name would the Reebok faithful be watching help plug the gap at the back? Or, which forward`s name would be getting Reebok bums off seats as they cheer his goals?

Neither a defender nor striker it is. That would be too straight forward.

No, in someone`s infinite wisdom, Bolton Wanderers have again raided the Leicester basement for another surplus player. Matt Mills` success at the Reebok obviously hasn`t put the Whites off, nor has Beckford`s blistering start to the campaign deterred our hierarchy. They wanted more of that sugar.

Bolton Wanderers have signed MIDFIELDER, Neil Danns on a 3-month loan. The 30 year old put pen to paper today and will be eligible to face Yeovil at the weekend.

I`m not going to say anymore on the subject because I`ve got my cranky, sarcastic head on today. I`m going to let you guys discuss and allow the player to do his talking with his feet? That`s if he gets on the pitch, of course, when he`s up to speed, fit enough and doesn`t injure himself during the 3 month spell.

I`m done now, honest.
