Bolton have this afternoon signed Sheffield Wednesday’s Giles Coke on loan.

The midfielder joins us on a spell until the end of the season, and he has made eleven appearances so far for Wednesday this season, scoring once on the opening day of the season against Brighton and Hove Albion.

He began his career at Mansfield back in 2005 and has gone on to have spells with Northampton Town and Motherwell, before his moved to Hillsborough in the summer of 2010.

The 28 year old so far is just shy of 250 career starting appearances, and he has 69 more from the bench.

In that time he has scored 29 times.
