Bolton entertain Reading with some of the more cerebrally challenged fans in full-on panic mode. Sack Sammy Lee! Sack the board!
Grow up. Please.
Reading are a compact team who do the basics well. They attack as a unit but are quick to get players back behind the ball when possession is lost. The downside is their talent for injuring the opposition. Bolton have been labeled a physical team, but compared to Coppell`s Cloggers they`re angels. In the corresponding fixture last year, three Bolton players had left the pitch injured by half time. Michael Duberry has recently put Wayne Rooney out of action for two months. He had a practice run on Kevin Nolan at the end of last term. Let`s not mince words, Reading are a dirty team.

Vital Quotes: Sammy Lee

‘At this football club…’ History will judge whether Lee is the right man for the job, but he is without doubt king of the football cliche.

Bolton Team News:

Kevin Davies may make a surprise early return from a hamstring problem. Ricardo Vaz Te is still recovering from a knee injury.

Player to watch: El Hadji Diouf

Has played well so far this season, in between talking to the press. Due a goal or two

Reading Team News:

Dave Kitson is suspended and Ibrahim Sonko, Aaron Brown and Glen Little are injured.

Player to watch: Stephen Hunt

Horrible little scrote with a penchant for injuring goal keepers and getting opponents sent off. The next Robbie Savage. Good player though.
