December Player of the Month – Vote Now

Vote for your December Player of the Month

December was a pretty good month for Bolton in the end. The Burton defeat was a huge blow, and there were also defeats at Forest and Middlesbrough. However, that was all made up for with three wins, beating Barnsley and Cardiff at home, and finally getting that elusive away win at Sheffield United to finish the year. As ever we`ve picked four top performers, vote for your favourite and the winner will be announced on Saturday morning.

Ben Alnwick
Was excellent in the games against Barnsley and Sheffield United, the latter where he made a few very good saves when we were clinging on.

Mark Beevers
Beevers has been back toward his best in the second half of the month. The Christmas period is tricky but he played all four games (including Hull, which was in January I suppose) and performed strongly in all of them, as we kept clean sheets against Cardiff and Sheffield United, and didn`t do too much wrong in defeat at Middlesbrough.

Gary Madine
Again keeping up his performance levels, and added quite a few more goals, finding the back of the net four times in six games.

Darren Pratley
A couple of very good midfield performances, against Cardiff where he wound up the opposition midfield (particularly Lee Tomlin), Sheffield United also struggled to deal with him as he created a couple of decent openings and made more tackles than any other Bolton player that day.
