Faye Signs New Deal at Bolton

Abdoulaye Faye is about to sign a new deal to keep him at Bolton for another three years. Faye had been the target of a £500,000 bid by the Newcastle Walrus a.k.a. Sam Allardyce and had also been linked to Wigan, although this was subsequently denied by both parties.

Faye can play as a defensive midfielder, centre back and is also the face behind Lofty the Lion, the Reebok mascot.
