Adam Bogdan returned after two-months our with injury to take his place on the bench on Tuesday, this came after he has successfully come through an U21 game last week.

Much as you would expect he told the Official Website that it was ‘good to be back’ after his ankle injury, which had left him frustrated – again as you would expect!

Now that he’s fit again the Hungarian, who was called-up for international duty this week, has said that his ‘main goal’ it to get back into the starting XI and make up for lost time having not played as much football as he, obviously, would have wanted.

‘The main goal is to get back in the first team. I haven’t played for the first team as much as I would have liked this year because of injuries.

‘Hopefully that is behind me now and I can play as many games as possible between now and the end of the season.’

The question is can he dislodge Ben Amos? Another is what is Bogdan’s future with Bolton? If he’s not going to be a part of this does Neil Lennon stick with Amos, in the hope of convincing him to sign a contract with us in the summer, or go with Bogdan?

Not forgetting Andy Lonergan of course!
