No matter who you support, today is bigger than football.
I was going to do an article today but after the revelations concerning the Hillsborough Disaster, you will forgive me if we leave it until tomorrow. Just as with Fabrice Muamba’s collapse, you realise that football is only a game. Bolton Wanderers suffered it’s own, similar, tragedy at Burnden Park which could have been prevented. Today we remember those that have died unnecessarily at all football grounds.
