Having been drafted in as cover following injury to both Andrew Lonergan and Adam Bogdan, on loan Manchester United stopper Amos has started the last four games for us, and despite both senior goalkeepers now having returned to training, the gaffer told the Official Site that he would be first choice for the coming game.

‘We`ve no real reason to change it. Andy was on the bench on Wednesday night and he will remain there, because Ben has been very good for us. We`re very happy with Ben`s performances, and with Adam not too far away now we`ll soon have a decision to make over three goalkeepers.’

In other loan related news today, midfielder Luke Woodland has moved to League One side Oldham Athletic on a loan spell until April 11.

The England youth international joins up with caretaker manager Dean Holden ahead of their game against recently departed manager Lee Johnson and his new Barnsley side.

He joins Conor Wilkinson at loan at Boundary Park.
