Midfielder Signs

Bolton have brought in midfielder Simeon Slavchev on loan from Sporting Lisbon.

The Bulgarian international has been with the Portuguese outfit for 18-months but will now spend the remainder of this season with us at the Macron with a loan deal agreed – you would think that this is a ‘loan with the view to permanent deal’ in the summer?

I can’t say that I know anything about the midfielder, he’s a 21-year-old Bulgarian international that plays for Sporting Lisbon and has played at all levels for his country from U17 level up, that is it….

You have to trust Neil Lennon’s judgment though don’t you.
