The signing of Dean Moxey, as expected, on a free was officially confirmed by Bolton on Wednesday.

Dougie Freedman turned to a familiar face, having worked with him previously at Crystal Palace when he signed him in January 2011, and will work with the 28-year-old defender for the next three-years with that the length of his deal signed.

Before Palace he was with Exeter City, where he started his career and then Derby County with him gaining plenty of experience throughout the leagues but definitely comfortable at championship level so he should do well.

Is this a signing you’re happy with?

Mr Ecky sends his best to the Vital Bolton community, he’s currently not well, he’ll be back as soon as possible and in the meantime, he’s got a staff writer to fill in for him.

If anyone has something to share in the meantime (this gives a genuine Bolton point of view from a Bolton fan!) feel free to fire an email through.

Please include your username so I can put that to it though.
