Well, my main man Neil ain’t happy. Here’s why:
Kettle has been a controversial figure in football for a while, and his performance in charge of Huddersfield Town’s 2-1 win over Bolton Wanderers won’t have helped his reputation.
I wasn’t at the game, so until I see video footage I will be unable to comment on the quality of his decisions- which angered the likes of Neil Danns who booted the ball into the stands in protest.
Good on you, Big Neil (Danns).
It did sound, however, rather like Huddersfield deserved to win the match on purely statistical evidence- check the match stats on our homepage. And so, I don’t know if we can really say that we deserved to win, however we can still rue poor decisions because as we all know- results don’t always tell the true story (though in this case it might).
Anyway, what are your views on this? I’ll check the footage tomorrow when it’s released and discuss this further in the comments.
