Just a day after signing Jem Karacan, Andy Taylor has become the second player to rejoin Bolton Wanderers.

Taylor signed on loan from Wigan last summer, and was one of our better performers as we got out of that division. Never really fancied by them, they released him, and he has signed a two year deal at the Macron.

“It`s fantastic to get it all tied up so early in the off season,’ Taylor told the official site.

“As soon as last season ended I was keen to speak with the club and thankfully we`ve got everything sorted.

It’s decent work from the club early on in the summer. They have signed two of last season’s better performers who were out of contract. It shows that if the club hierarchy can get the off-field stuff sorted so Phil Parkinson gets more flexibility, we could do reasonably well next season
