Let’s try again shall we…

A week after a postponement owing to a frozen Field Mill pitch, Bolton will travel again to Mansfield.

Wanderers will come with a bit more confidence around the place. Not only from Saturday’s win against Leyton Orient, but also after the business done on transfer deadline day. However, only one player has apparently been registered in time for tonight’s clash, which I would guess be Lukas Jensen.

In any case, Saturday’s side arguably have earned the right to go again, although we had an attacking front four and it may be more suited bringing in an extra defensive minded person in midfield. If MJ Williams was registered, maybe he would have been a good option.

Ryan Delaney will also be available again after his suspension and ear injury, while Shaun Miller is now back in training.

  1. Mansfield however are a tough proposition, I predicted a narrow defeat last week, and I probably will again. Let’s hope I’m wrong.
