Team News v Derby

It’s quickly back into championship action for Bolton having played, and won so well, at the weekend.

Bolton travel to Pride Park, or the iPro Stadium as it’s now called, when they take on Derby County on Tuesday night.

Having beaten Blackburn Rovers 4-0 and Leeds United 5-1, on Saturday, why would Dougie Freedman want to make any changes to his starting XI? He could name the same side for a third game in a row.

Jermaine Beckford is back after a hamstring injury but wasn’t on the bench for that game at the weekend so might miss out again as could Chris Eagles with an eye problem.

The latest knee setback for Stuart Holden keeps him out with Matt Mills (knee) also missing.

Bolton would probably be content with a repeat of the meeting earlier in the season, when that ended 2-2 at the Rebook Stadium but the Trotters are in great form and will be hoping to win again.

Mr Ecky sends his best to the Vital Bolton community, he’s currently not well, he’ll be back as soon as possible and in the meantime, he’s got a staff writer to fill in for him.

If anyone has something to share in the meantime (this gives a genuine Bolton point of view from a Bolton fan!) feel free to fire an email through.

Please include your username so I can put that to it though.
