Vote For Your December Player of the Month

|

December saw Bolton Wanderers win a game, which is a massive improvement on recent times. We also picked up draws at home to Wigan and Stoke. We’ve picked four players who are worthy of *some* recognition this month, it’s been a bit tricky as there have still been some poor results and a lot of changes. But we’ve tried! Vote below using the Twitter poll, and we’ll announce the winner on Wednesday evening.

Sammy Ameobi
Ameobi scored a couple of goals this month, against Norwich and Rotherham, although he got himself a second yellow card in the former, meaning he missed the Leeds game, which wasn’t helpful.

Mark Beevers
A goal at Norwich, plus a couple of strong defensive performances at home over Christmas probably means the Wheater-Beevers partnership is still on the table.

Gary O’Neil
Only really came to prominence toward the end of the month, but was probably one of the brighter sparks against Brentford, then scored the winner against Rotherham.

Joe Williams
Usual consistency from the young midfielder, regularly topping, or near the top of the passing and touches stats for our players at least.
