Wheater Signs On

Fair play to the club.

While they’ve been criticised on these pages for not sorting out the embargo yet, they’re acting pretty quickly to sign up players who were here last season but out of contract, or were on loan, who they feel can do a job for us this coming season.

Today’s announcement: David Wheater. He has signed a one-year deal, with ‘an option ‘ (the club haven’t specifically said what the option is)

Other names have been promised, including new faces, so let’s wait on with cautious optimism…
