Pawel Olkowski has seamlessly settled into the right-back position at Bolton, so much that he has voted the Vital Bolton Player of the Month.
The Polish international, who arrived from Cologne this summer, has cemented his position ahead of Mark Little with some impressive performances and took nearly 60% of 154 votes in the poll.
Josh Magennis was also a popular choice, finishing second with 30% (if anyone cares, Magennis would have been my choice.)
Player of the month time…

David Wheater was third, with 11% of the vote, while his centre-back partner Mark Beevers only picked up 1%, which amount to just one or two votes. At least his mum reads the site…
On the case of Beevers, some queried how he got in the poll – personally, I thought he was very good at Reading and against Birmingham, playing on the left side of central defence when he’s also had a left-back to look after. Had Twitter allowed a fifth choIce – Ben Alnwick would have absolutely been on the shortlist, as a couple of people demanded.
