Sheffield Wednesday centre back Mark Beevers is set to sign for Bolton in the January transfer window, for a fee thought to be in the region of £3 million. Nineteen year-old Beevers was voted the Yorkshire club`s player of the year at the end of the 2007-8 season and has also interested Everton manager David Moyes.
Strengthening Bolton`s options at the back is a dam good idea. The youth of the player won`t be a blockade to his success, with the defender keen to log in and get his teeth into Premier League football. Plenty say that having young Beevers around is a good idea. Who`s to argue?
