Gary Megson has continued his reorganisation of Bolton`s backroom with the appointment of Steve Wigley as new head coach. Wigley managed Southampton briefly in 2004 before being sacked after just 14 games. Previously he managed unsuccessfully at Aldershot before moving on to Nottingham Forest where he didn`t manage at all. His last job in club football was at Manchester City as assistant manager to the sacked Stuart Pearce.
Maybe Megson has appointed him so that he looks good in comparison.
