Bolton Face Key Clash Against Carlisle

Super League? Give us the Super Whites…

And it’s a massive game for us tomorrow. After Saturday’s disappointing result at Grimsby, we’re back at home as we play Carlisle with just a point advantage over Morecambe ahead of our meeting at the Mazuma Stadium next Saturday. Where are Morecambe tomorrow? Away to Grimsby. But we need to do our job, and be better in both boxes.

Team news

As you were it seems, Antoni Sarcevic might be back for that big match on Saturday, but tomorrow will be too soon. Apart from that, no new injuries.

Bolton’s last home game against Carlisle was in October 1987, we won 5-0 that day en route to promotion. 1-0 would do tomorrow…

The opposition

Carlisle are very much in the promotion mix themselves, they’ve dropped off since the Boxing Day draw at Brunton Park, but they come into this just two points off the play-off places. Offrande Zanzala has an uncanny knack of scoring against us, while they haven’t lost any of their last five matches.

2-1 to Bolton.
