Traditionally the final away game of the season, assuming there’s nothing at stake – even if it is, is meant to be something of a ‘party atmosphere’ that can be enjoyed of a Saturday afternoon….
Bolton’s trip to Bournemouth could still be that party atmosphere, but for different reasons with our hosts at Dean Court potentially celebrating promotion – if it hasn’t already been secured by that point? Due to the power that Sky Sports holds they have been able to switch the date of that away trip from a Saturday to a Monday night so this can be shown live.
As a result our scheduled game at Dean Court for Saturday 25th April will now be played on Monday 27th April with a 7:45pm kick-off time.
I’ve little, to no; doubt that this will have an impact for some that had planned to travel…. Positively for those that wouldn’t have gone they will, if you have Sky Sports or can get to a pub that does, be able to now watch this one!
