Carson Signs for Bolton

Ex-champion jockey Willie Carson has agreed to join Bolton Wanderers on loan for the season. Sadly, this marks the end for the two fat blokes with flags who run up and down the line when Bolton score, as the job will now be done on horseback. Carson`s jocular good humour will be appreciated at the Reebok, as will his insider knowledge of the racing industry by some of the lads who like a bet. The main reason for the move however, is so that little Sammy Lee will have someone to eyeball.

Meanwhile, LFC online report that the Wanderers want Liverpool ‘keeper Scot Carson to replace Jussi Jaaskelainen, who is supposedly signing for (don`t laugh) Sunderland.

Obviously, the first paragraph is way more plausible than the second.
