The appeal by Bolton fans in aid of Derian House Children`s Hospice, launched after one of its charity shops was burgled has raised £1100. The campaign received publicity on supporters` websites, Bolton Banter, The Wanderer, Wanderersways, Burnden Aces and this site. A number of other club sites on the Vital network also carried the story. Thanks to them for that.
A cheque will be presented to the hospice this week, but the fund raising effort is still continuing.
