In a shock reverse appointment Burnley FC have appointed Gary Megson as manager in a caretaker capacity until the end of the season.
The former Bolton boss was removed from his post just before the New Year due to the demands of naughty Wanderers fans who had said unkind things at high volume. He was replaced by the villainous Owen Coyle, previously in the top job at Turf Moor.
Megson is currently on holiday, but will take charge after the visit to Manchester United on Saturday.
How much of this is true? Well, none of it. The words above are to cheer up Burnley fans. Anyone remotely connected with the management of your club may have left, but remember, things could be worse.
