Former Bolton star Jay-Jay Okocha has been told by former Bolton assistant manager Phil Brown that his services are no longer required at Hull City. Okocha signed in September last year and became the KC Stadium`s highest ever paid player.
A spate of injuries (sounds familiar) have limited the number of starts he has made to 11 and Brown feels that the Nigerian`s wages could be best spent elsewhere. Okocha played 124 times for Bolton and is best remembered for his spectacular performances in the latter half of the 2002-3 season including this goal against West Ham.
