Gary Madine has been awarded the Vital Bolton Player of the Month award after taking 53% of the readers’ vote.
While it hasn`t been a great start to the season, the striker has found the net twice already, scoring in both home league games, and particularly impressed in the opening day defeat to Leeds.
Summer signing Reece Burke finished second in the poll, taking a sizeable 46% of votes cast, while fellow new recruit Adam Armstrong received some support.
Hopefully, September will see more consistency throughout the squad and we can get some wins on the board.
