American defender Tim Ream has retained the Bolton Wanderers Supporters Association Player of the Year Award for 2014-15.

This is the second consecutive year that Ream has taken this particular title, and Darren Pratley was voted into second place in this year’s vote by the Supporters Association.

Speaking to the Official Site Ream explained.

‘Of course it`s nice to be recognised by the fans with an award like this. It`s an honour to win the award again, though I`m just a small part of the whole team. Early on nobody could say that we were playing to the best of our abilities, but since the manager has come in we`ve been able to push on and I`m enjoying my football here at Bolton.’

Ream obviously has played every game bar two so far this campaign, and Pratley was on course for a better season prior to picking up a hamstring injury back in January but he has only missed one game under Neil Lennon.
