Bolton forward Daniel Braaten has signed for Toulouse for an undisclosed fee. The Norweigan has put pen to paper on a three year deal and is currently training with the French club in preparation for their new season. Braaten is relaxed about his time at the Reebok, despite making little impact

‘I left Rosenborg for Bolton in 2007. My debuts have been positive because I was in the starting line-up in the first two months of the competitions,’ he said.

‘But the manager who signed me was sacked after a negative series. A new one arrived with new players. I quickly understood the coach didn`t rely on me.

‘As a consequence I barely played for Bolton. But it`s part of a career, I tempted an experience, which has been enriching, so I don`t regret it.’

Bolton still hope to do a reverse deal for Johan Elmander, but the Swedish striker is considering offers from a number of clubs, both in this country and overseas.
