David Ngog is surely now on his way out of the Reebok. To whom seems the only question now
Last September, Swansea City shelved their interest for Wanderers’ front-man, David Ngog, but last night’s reports disclosed, the Welsh outfit have renewed their interest.
It seems the interest from Evian has sparked a reaction from Michael Laudrup and the Swans boss now wants to tie up a deal for the French ‘striker’.
It’s got to a point now- for me anyway- where I don’t care if Ngog leaves the Reebok. The last couple of seasons, I’ve been completely split over whether Ngog should be sold or not, because of his age and fee-paid for his services. Our team is a shambles and new recruits need to be added to exorcise the ghosts of Coyle and relegation.
Freeing up £30,000 a week in wages will certainly go a way to making that happen.
Whatever, au revoir, David. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for…
