Having lost at Rotherham and Derby we’re looking to avoid it a hat-trick of successive defeats on the road as we head to Nottingham Forest on Saturday for the reunion with Dougie Freedman.

You always want to ‘get one over’ your old boss, he’ll want to do the same to us, but our more pressing concern is ending the run of just one win in the last seven in all competitions with the Fulham win our only win in the past month – if we so happen to do this against Freedman’s Forest at the City Ground so be it….

Forest will be missing Jack Hobbs (hamstring) after an injury last weekend at Blackpool, which was added to the news that Britt Assombalonga (serious knee injury) will be out for a year. Kelvin Wilson and Michael Mancienne (ankle) could return.

We’ll have Matt Mills (knee), Craig Davies and Emile Heskey (both hamstring) back, which is a boost as our injury list was growing all the time – all will be in the squad at least.

Mark Davies (knee) should return next month but he, Darren Pratley (hamstring), Adam Bogdan (ankle), Max Clayton (knee) and Liam Trotter (thigh) will all miss out on Saturday of course.

A repeat of the two-two draw at the Macron from August wouldn’t be bad, a win better mind!

Ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go:-

Bolton win
Nottingham Forest win
Draw
