Thankfully It’s The Last Game Of The Season

|

What is almost unanimously acknowledged as the worst season in our history comes to an end (at least on the pitch) tomorrow when me make the trip over to Nottingham to play Forest. Neither of us have anything to play for, we’re down, they’re in mid-table, so let’s see how many we lose by.

Team news
God knows who is and isn’t playing for us. David Wheater and Jack Hobbs are carrying injuries though. For Forest, Jack Colback is suspended but Yohan Benalouane returns from a ban after being sent off on Good Friday.

Stats
We’ve lost every away game at Forest since we got a 1-1 draw back in February 2013, and have won just one of our last 11 league games against them, that 3-2 win this weekend a year ago. Feels like a decade ago now.

Bolton have lost 12 of their last 14 away games, winning two of them, at Birmingham and QPR.

We’ve scored 30 away goals in the last two seasons, lower than any other side who has spent the last two sides in this division.

Prediction
Can’t see anything other than a heavy defeat. 3-0
