Some news, that if true, does not make much of an impact on the team, but will make an impact on Whites’ transfer kitty. Well, wages kitty, at least.
Blackpool are supposedly in talks with our very own Tyrone Mears.
The full-back wasn’t a regular in Coyle’s team- the ‘manager’ who signed him- but under Dougie’s tenure, he’s been completely frozen out.
The exit of Tyrone would mean a Premiership size chunk of wages would be liberated for mew arrivals. That may mean two, maybe three potential new faces, depending on age and potential of targets.
Sorry, I’m getting carried away again. It probably means nothing of the sort.
