With Bolton having secured two consecutive victories, progression to the next round of a cup competition and looking as if they know how to mount an attack occasionally, you`d think that now would be a good time for a spot of bridge building between the club and its supporters.
This reckons without the input of Gary Megson, a man with the PR skills of Attila the Hun.
‘An opinion without any consequence is an opinion. An opinion with consequence ? that`s a decision,` he told the Bolton News.

A section of Bolton followers didn`t want Megson in the first place and weren`t prepared to cut him any slack, whatever the results. But it`s hard to condemn those people when the man himself is equally intransigent.
