Bolton`s trip to Hull City has been brought forward by a day.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday 26th August, but will now be played the night before with a 7.45pm kickoff.

The switch is because of rugby league. Hull FC play in the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley on the Saturday afternoon. Thousands of fans will make the trip down from Humberside, and presumably this would have had an effect on the home attendance at the football. Hull FC booked their place in the final after winning their semi last weekend, which is a reason for the short notice in making the switch, as annoying as it is.

The match will not be televised on Sky.
