McNaughton’s Coming Back?

Bolton are said to be ‘on the verge’ of bringing Kevin McNaughton back to the club?

The Bolton News reported on Friday that the Cardiff City right back, who enjoyed a highly successful loan spell at the Reebok Stadium last season during his three-month stay, will be coming back to the newly renamed Macron Stadium this season.

Cardiff didn’t allow Dougie Freedman to extend his loan in January, as their new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer decided that he wanted him back and he also signed a new deal. McNaughton is expected to join up with Wanderers on the Scandinavian tour next week but isn’t going to feature in Sunday’s pre-season friendly with FC Vestsjaelland.
