The next stop in the Bolton Wanderers Sexy Football Roadshow takes us to West London, as we face Brentford at Griffin Park.

A defeat tonight could relegate us to all intents and purposes as we would be 18 adrift with six to play and a big goal difference to make up if results go against us.

A loss tonight would also mean we’ll pass the one year mark without an away win, as we continue to make history for all the wrong reasons.

Brentford haven’t had a strong a season this time and were in poor form themselves. But a 3-0 win at Nottingham Forest on Saturday will have quashed any worries of being sucked into a relegation battle.

Vital Quotes:

‘We go to Brentford with a chance. They got a very good result against Nottingham Forest, but we’ve done our homework on them.’

Jimmy Phillips in the press conference. At least he’s optimistic

Brentford Team News:

Leandro Rodriguez, Maxime Colin and John Swift (who scored their goal at the Macron in November) are all injured.

David Button and Alan Judge had knocks but sbould be alright

Player to watch: Alan Judge

If he is fit, and probably will be, definitely the dangerman. 14 goals and 10 assists, the Irishman is a big part of all Brentford do going forward.

We survived the High Court four times, this is one Judge who could send us down

Bolton Wanderers Team News:

Gary Madine is still injured and there will be likely no injury comebacks.

On top of that, Rob Holding is suspended and Stephen Dobbie is a doubt because he’s gash. Oh sorry, has a gash. On his head.

Player to watch: Derik

Most likely to drop into defence to replace Holding. Played well on Saturday and has largely done okay of late by our standards at least
